Each additional block of up to ten display surfaces always costs SEK 495/month, excluding VAT, per module and address. 11–20 surfaces require one extra pack; 21–30 require two. Extra packs are not discounted.

When visitor registration and the virtual receptionist work together, small steps become a seamless welcome. Choose doorbell and check-in notifications via Teams, WhatsApp, Outlook, Telegram or SMS. SMS requires an SMS service.
The host sends an email with a link for the visitor to pre-register.
The visitor fills in their details in advance and has a QR code to scan on arrival.
A tap at the entrance notifies the host through the selected channel.
The visitor scans the QR code at the kiosk. Their details are already filled in. The host receives a notification.
The visitor badge is printed after check-in. You can choose to include guest Wi-Fi on the badge.
The visit ends on the screen and the visitor log is updated.

Standard prices apply per module and address, including up to 10 display surfaces. Extra 10-screen packs are calculated automatically and are not discounted. All prices exclude VAT.
Yes. For 1–3 screens per physical address, Digital signage costs SEK 99 per screen per month. 3 screens therefore cost SEK 297/month. A one-off setup fee of SEK 995 applies per address, the same for 1, 2 or 3 screens. All prices exclude VAT. This package is only available with a rolling main agreement and no fixed term, not for other modules or fixed-term agreements. From 4 screens, the standard package applies at SEK 569.25/month on a rolling agreement for up to 10 screens.
Each additional block of up to ten costs SEK 495/month excluding VAT, per module and physical address. 11–20 surfaces add SEK 495 per month, and 21–30 require two extra packs. The extra price is the same regardless of the main agreement term. Quantities are counted separately for each module and address, not pooled together.
The added module follows the main agreement end date and does not start a new, separate fixed term. If you add a module in month 18 of a 24-month main agreement, the new module also ends in month 24.
The solution can work with existing screens and tablets. During the demo, we go through your devices and requirements so you know what suits your setup.
Yes. Pulse Signage works with Microsoft Teams Rooms for digital signage. It requires a Teams Rooms Pro licence.

Yes. For example, visitor registration and the virtual receptionist can form one visitor journey. Room status can be shown on both information screens and the office map.
Yes. There is a 10-day free trial for each module. If you already have a customer account, activate the trial in the admin interface. If you are new, we will help you get started when you request a demo.
