This page describes the Pulse Signage marketing website. The service's handling of data, such as visitor registrations, is covered separately by the service privacy policy.

No tracking in the website code

The website does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or cookies. Your price calculator choices — modules, quantities, contract term and any address names — remain only in browser memory while the page is open. Address fields are optional and are not checked against any external mapping or address service. Fonts, images and films are served from this website, not from external font, image or video services. The film player's playback and sound settings are not saved between page views.

Your language choice follows the page address, without language cookies or browser storage. Switching language opens the corresponding page in the other language; an estimate in progress is not saved between page views.

When you contact us

When you select Send, the form details are transferred to the website server and emailed to us. Your name and email are required; company, phone, message and module interests are optional. A completed price estimate and any address names you entered may be included. You can review those details in the form before sending. The information is used to answer your enquiry or partner application and is then held in the receiving email service; the website does not save it in a customer database. A confirmation means that the hosting provider's email function has accepted the message for delivery, not that a demo has been booked or an agreement entered into. Please do not send sensitive personal information.

The form uses a hidden spam field and a temporary IP-based submission limit. The limit uses a salted hash rather than a stored IP address, without cookies. Its protection file contains no messages or contact details. Form details are not saved in browser storage.

Technical operation

When a website is requested, its web server needs to process technical information, such as the IP address and the requested resource. Any server logging is managed by the hosting environment where the website is published, not by a tracking feature on the page.
